The Xaverian Brothers Hawks basketball team scored 70 points and held the host Acton-Boxborough Colonials to 41 in the Hawks non-league triumph on Friday.

The Hawks now sport a 8-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host King Philip Regional for a non-league contest on Sunday, February 12. Xaverian Brothers will meet a Warriors team coming off a 82-66 league loss to Milford (Milford, MA). The Warriors record now stands at 8-9.

The Colonials (8-9) will now prepare for their contest against Newton South (Newton, MA). The Lions enter the Dual County - Large contest with a 8-9 record. In their last contest, Newton South was routed by Lincoln-Sudbury (Sudbury, MA), 75-43, in a league contest.
