In Friday's league match, the visiting Sugar Creek Wildcats basketball team scored a decisive 91-51 triumph over the Apprentice Academy Red Wolves.
In their next game, the Wildcats meet the Piedmont Community Charter Patriots (Gastonia, NC) in a 1A Conference 38 match, on Monday, February 13. Sugar Creek will attempt to move on its 8-10 season record. The Patriots enter the match with a 14-10 record after their 64-58 league loss to Corvian Community (Charlotte, NC).

The Comets enter the match with a record of 13-16. Carolina International lost 1-0 in their recent league match against Queen's Grant (Matthews, NC)
