The Ashland Grizzlies basketball team scored 57 points and restricted the visiting Springfield Millers to 30 in the Grizzlies league victory on Friday.
The Grizzlies now sport a 11-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eagle Point for a 5A Midwestern contest on Tuesday, February 14. Ashland will battle a Eagles team coming off a 61-56 league loss to Churchill (Eugene, OR). The Eagles record now stands at 3-15.
The Millers (2-15) will now prepare for their contest against Churchill (Eugene, OR). The Lancers come into the 5A Midwestern contest with a 18-3 record. In their last contest, Churchill triumphed over Eagle Point (Eagle Point, OR), 61-56, in a league contest.
