In Friday's league outing, the Miles Bulldogs (Miles, TX) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Bangs Dragons (Bangs, TX), by a margin of 77-29.
The Bulldogs (26-4) will now prepare for their outing against Roscoe (Roscoe, TX). The Plowboys go into the 2A Region I District 8 outing with a 8-18 record. In their last outing, Roscoe was trounced by Coleman (Coleman, TX), 51-43, in a league outing.
The Dragons now own a 2-13 record. They play next when they travel to Winters for a 2A Region I District 8 outing on Tuesday, February 14. Bangs will encounter a Blizzards squad coming off a 56-28 league loss to Colorado (Colorado City, TX). The Blizzards record now stands at 9-21.
