Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Barrington Eagles (Barrington, RI) and the host Mt. Pleasant Kilties (Providence, RI), saw Barrington's basketball squad overcome Mt. Pleasant by a tally of 61-43.

With the victory, Barrington improves its record to 15-6 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Smithfield (Esmond, RI) to confront the Sentinels in a State Championship challenge on Tuesday, February 14. The Sentinels come into the challenge with a record of 6-7.

Next up, the Kilties confront the Central Knights (Providence, RI) in a State Championship challenge, on Tuesday, February 14. Mt. Pleasant will attempt to improve on its 7-11 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 13-5 record after their 55-50 league win over Smithfield (Esmond, RI).
