London Red Raiders (London, OH) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Bellefontaine Chieftains (Bellefontaine, OH), 44-41 in a league bout.

With the victory, London upgrades its record to 10-11 on the campaign. The Red Raiders travel to Lancaster (Lancaster, OH) to play the Golden Gales in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 14. The Golden Gales come into the bout with a record of 9-11. Lancaster lost 51-38 in their recent league bout against Pickerington Central (Pickerington, OH)

Next up, the Chieftains play the Benjamin Logan Raiders (Bellefontaine, OH) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 11. Bellefontaine will attempt to upgrade on its 9-12 season record. The Raiders come into the bout with a 0-21 record after their 52-51 league loss to Northwestern (Springfield, OH).
