In Friday's league match, the visiting Belton Tigers basketball team scored a good 47-36 triumph over the Chaparral Bobcats.
In their next game, the Tigers face the Shoemaker Wolves (Killeen, TX) in a 5A Region III District 22 match, on Tuesday, February 14. Belton will attempt to move on its 25-8 season record. The Wolves enter the match with a 13-20 record after their 73-65 league win over Lake Belton (Temple, TX).
With the defeat, Chaparral moves to 22-13 on the year. The Bobcats travel to Killeen (Killeen, TX) to face the Kangaroos in a 5A Region III District 22 match on Tuesday, February 14. The Kangaroos enter the match with a record of 7-24. Killeen lost 76-33 in their recent league match against University (Waco, TX)
