Big Sky Eagles (Missoula, MT) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Sentinel Spartans (Missoula, MT), 56-36 in a league bout.

With the win, Big Sky upgrades its record to 7-7 on the season.

Next up, the Spartans play the Butte Bulldogs (Butte, MT) in a AA Western bout, on Friday, February 17. Sentinel will attempt to upgrade on its 2-13 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 7-8 record after their 72-54 non-league loss to Hellgate (Missoula, MT).
