Hudson Tigers (Hudson, MI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Blissfield Royals (Blissfield, MI), 54-41 in a league bout.

With the win, Hudson upgrades its record to 7-10 on the season. The Tigers host Madison (Adrian, MI) to play the Trojans in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 14. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 10-6. Madison won 72-34 in their recent league bout against Morenci (Morenci, MI)

Next up, the Royals play the Whiteford Bobcats (Ottawa Lake, MI) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 11. Blissfield will attempt to upgrade on its 4-12 season record. The Bobcats go into the bout with a 11-6 record after their 46-39 non-league win over Sand Creek (Sand Creek, MI).
