In Friday's league outing, the Traverse City Central Trojans (Traverse City, MI) basketball squad edged the host Cadillac Vikings (Cadillac, MI), by a count of 58-56.
The Trojans (7-10) will now prepare for their outing against Alpena (Alpena, MI). The Wildcats go into the Big North outing with a 3-13 record. In their last outing, Alpena was tipped by Petoskey (Petoskey, MI), 80-54, in a league outing.
The Vikings now hold a 13-3 record. They play next when they travel to Reed City for a non-league outing on Tuesday, February 14. Cadillac will clash with a Coyotes squad coming off a 49-35 league loss to Big Rapids (Big Rapids, MI). The Coyotes record now stands at 9-7.
