Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Union Grove Christian Patriots (Lexington, NC) and the host Calvary Christian Cougar (King, NC), saw Union Grove Christian's basketball squad overcome Calvary Christian by a tally of 51-32.

With the victory, Union Grove Christian improves its record to 19-7 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Rockwell Christian School (Rockwell, NC) to play the Chargers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 11. The Chargers come into the challenge with a record of 26-4. Rockwell Christian School won 67-29 in their recent non-league challenge against Southview Christian (Statesville, NC)

Next up, the Cougar play the Sheets Memorial Christian Eagles (Lexington, NC) in a NCCSA A East Region 3 challenge, on Tuesday, February 14. Calvary Christian will attempt to improve on its 13-13 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 9-11 record after their 64-53 non-league loss to Community Baptist (Reidsville, NC).
