Texas High School Basketball - Round Rock knocked off by Cedar Ridge

The Cedar Ridge Raiders basketball team scored 74 points and held the visiting Round Rock Dragons to 66 in the Raiders league triumph on Friday.

The Raiders now sport a 14-17 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to McNeil for a 6A Region IV District 25 contest on Tuesday, February 14. Cedar Ridge will battle a Mavericks team coming off a 81-42 league loss to Stony Point (Round Rock, TX). The Mavericks record now stands at 7-25.

The Dragons (22-10) will now prepare for their contest against Vista Ridge (Cedar Park, TX). The Rangers enter the 6A Region IV District 25 contest with a 15-18 record. In their last contest, Vista Ridge was defeated by Vandegrift (Austin, TX), 49-40, in a league contest.
