Arizona High School Basketball - Chandler can't hold off Gilbert

The Gilbert Tigers basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting Chandler Wolves to 54 in the Tigers league triumph on Friday.
The Tigers now sport a 17-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Higley for a 5A San Tan contest on Tuesday, February 14. Gilbert will battle a Knights team coming off a 68-63 league loss to Casa Grande (Casa Grande, AZ). The Knights record now stands at 9-15.
The Wolves (13-15) will now prepare for their contest against Brophy College Prep (Phoenix, AZ). The Broncos enter the non-league contest with a 21-8 record. In their last contest, Brophy College Prep was nudged by Basha (Chandler, AZ), 57-49, in a non-league contest.
