Minnesota High School Basketball - Chanhassen topped by Orono

The Orono Spartans basketball team scored 78 points and restricted the visiting Chanhassen Storm to 68 in the Spartans non-league victory on Friday.
The Spartans now sport a 13-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host New Prague for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 14. Orono will battle a Trojans team coming off a 65-52 non-league loss to Waconia (Waconia, MN). The Trojans record now stands at 4-16.
The Storm (10-10) will now prepare for their contest against Chaska (Chaska, MN). The Hawks come into the AAAA Section 2 contest with a 7-12 record. In their last contest, Chaska prevailed over Tartan (Oakdale, MN), 68-66, in a non-league contest.
