Texas High School Basketball - Jefferson ripped by Chapin

The Chapin Huskies basketball team scored 87 points and held the visiting Jefferson Silver Foxes to 17 in the Huskies league triumph on Friday.
The Huskies now sport a 25-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Burges for a 5A Region I District 1 contest on Tuesday, February 14. Chapin will meet a Mustangs team coming off a 49-27 league loss to Canutillo (Canutillo, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 12-17.
The Silver Foxes (0-28) will now prepare for their contest against El Paso (El Paso, TX). The Tigers come into the 5A Region I District 1 bout with a 10-19 record.
