Texas High School Basketball - Chillicothe overwhelmed by Northside

The Northside Indians basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the host Chillicothe Eagles to 27 in the Indians league victory on Friday.
The Indians now sport a 4-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Harrold for a 1A Region II District 16 contest on Tuesday, February 14. Northside will battle a Hornets team coming off a 90-45 league loss to Electra (Electra, TX). The Hornets record now stands at 4-11.
The Eagles (0-20) will now prepare for their contest against Benjamin (Benjamin, TX). The Mustangs come into the 1A Region II District 16 contest with a 15-1 record. In their last contest, Benjamin triumphed over Northside (Vernon, TX), 77-12, in a league contest.
