Cornwall Central Dragons (New Windsor, NY) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Minisink Valley Warriors (Slate Hill, NY), 54-41 in a league bout.

With the victory, Cornwall Central upgrades its record to 6-12 on the campaign.

Next up, the Warriors play the O'Neill Raiders (Highland Falls, NY) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 11. Minisink Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 2-14 season record.
