Texas High School Basketball - Stratford tipped by Cy-Fair

The Cy-Fair Bobcats basketball team scored 68 points and held the visiting Stratford Spartans to 63 in the Bobcats league triumph on Friday.

The Bobcats now sport a 16-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jersey Village for a 6A Region III District 17 contest on Tuesday, February 14. Cy-Fair will meet a Falcons team coming off a 52-47 league loss to Spring Woods (Houston, TX). The Falcons record now stands at 14-17.

The Spartans (20-11) will now prepare for their contest against Cypress Creek (Houston, TX). The Cougars enter the 6A Region III District 17 contest with a 27-6 record. In their last contest, Cypress Creek nudged Memorial (Houston, TX), 55-41, in a league contest.
