Ohio High School Basketball - Dawson-Bryant overwhelmed by South Point

The South Point Pointers basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the visiting Dawson-Bryant Hornets to 40 in the Pointers league victory on Friday.
The Pointers now sport a 17-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jackson for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 14. South Point will battle a Ironman/Ironladies team coming off a 69-47 non-league loss to Vinton County (McArthur, OH). The Ironman/Ironladies record now stands at 11-10.
The Hornets (5-18) will now prepare for their contest against Wellston (Wellston, OH). The Golden Rockets come into the non-league contest with a 7-14 record. In their last contest, Wellston was routed by Vinton County (McArthur, OH), 69-40, in a league contest.
