West Forsyth Titans (Clemmons, NC) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting East Forsyth Eagles (Kernersville, NC), 61-60 in a league bout.

With the victory, West Forsyth upgrades its record to 15-9 on the campaign. The Titans host R.J. Reynolds (Winston-Salem, NC) to play the Demons in a 4A Conference 56 bout on Monday, February 13. The Demons come into the bout with a record of 7-17. R.J. Reynolds won 59-53 in their recent league bout against Reagan (Pfafftown, NC)

Next up, the Eagles play the Glenn Bobcats (Kernersville, NC) in a 4A Conference 56 bout, on Monday, February 13. East Forsyth will attempt to upgrade on its 17-6 season record. The Bobcats come into the bout with a 10-14 record after their 52-46 league loss to Davie (Mocksville, NC).
