Washington, DC High School Basketball - Georgetown Day knocked off by Maret

The Maret Frogs basketball team scored 73 points and held the visiting Georgetown Day Mighty Hoppers to 54 in the Frogs league triumph on Friday.
The Frogs now sport a 17-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sidwell Friends for a Mid-Atlantic contest on Tuesday, February 14. Maret will battle a Quakers team coming off a 69-35 league win over Potomac School (McLean, VA). The Quakers record now stands at 19-4.
The Mighty Hoppers (1-14) will now prepare for their contest against Potomac School (McLean, VA). The Panthers enter the VISAA Division I contest with a 15-10 record. In their last contest, Potomac School ran past Flint Hill (Oakton, VA), 76-57, in a league contest.
