Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Rockport Vikings (Rockport, MA) and the visiting Georgetown Royals (Georgetown, MA), witnessed Rockport's basketball squad topple Georgetown by a margin of 59-48.

The Vikings (4-13) will now prepare for their test against Hamilton-Wenham Regional (South Hamilton, MA). The Generals go into the non-league test with a 6-13 record. In their last test, Hamilton-Wenham Regional went down by Manchester Essex (Manchester, MA), 71-43, in a non-league test.

The Royals now own a 13-4 record. They play next when they host Ipswich for a Cape Ann - Small test on Tuesday, February 14. Georgetown will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 63-55 league win over Amesbury (Amesbury, MA). The Tigers record now stands at 7-10.
