Texas High School Basketball - Prosper overwhelmed by Guyer

The Guyer Wildcats basketball team scored 74 points and restricted the visiting Prosper Eagles to 52 in the Wildcats league victory on Friday.
The Wildcats now sport a 21-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Little Elm for a 6A Region I District 5 contest on Tuesday, February 14. Guyer will battle a Lobos team coming off a 57-56 league loss to McKinney (McKinney, TX). The Lobos record now stands at 13-20.
The Eagles (14-18) will now prepare for their contest against Boyd (McKinney, TX). The Broncos come into the 6A Region I District 5 contest with a 21-10 record. In their last contest, Boyd triumphed over Braswell (Little Elm, TX), 52-37, in a league contest.
