The Henderson Lions basketball team (Henderson, TX), dropped 53-40 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Spring Hill Panthers (Longview, TX)
The Panthers now possess a 9-18 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kilgore for a 4A Region III District 17 battle on Tuesday, February 14. Spring Hill will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 51-25 league loss to Chapel Hill (Tyler, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 12-15.
The Lions (6-25) will now prepare for their battle against Gilmer (Gilmer, TX). The Buckeyes come into the 4A Region III District 17 battle with a 9-14 record. In their last battle, Gilmer prevailed over Spring Hill (Longview, TX), 65-55, in a league battle.
