Oregon High School Basketball - Klamath Union topped by Phoenix

The Phoenix Pirates basketball team scored 46 points and restricted the visiting Klamath Union Pelicans to 29 in the Pirates league victory on Friday.
The Pirates now sport a 9-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hidden Valley for a 4A Skyline contest on Tuesday, February 14. Phoenix will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 56-37 league loss to Henley (Klamath Falls, OR). The Mustangs record now stands at 8-12.
The Pelicans (7-10) will now prepare for their contest against Mazama (Klamath Falls, OR). The Vikings come into the 4A Skyline contest with a 6-11 record. In their last contest, Mazama dropped by Henley (Klamath Falls, OR), 55-53, in a league contest.
