The Pickerington Central Tigers basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the host Lancaster Golden Gales to 38 in the Tigers league victory on Friday.
The Tigers now sport a 16-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pickerington North for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 14. Pickerington Central will battle a Panthers team coming off a 38-34 league win over New Albany (New Albany, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 17-4.
The Golden Gales (9-11) will now prepare for their contest against London (London, OH). The Red Raiders come into the non-league contest with a 10-11 record. In their last contest, London prevailed over Bellefontaine (Bellefontaine, OH), 44-41, in a league contest.
