In Friday's league match, the host River Valley Blackhawks basketball team scored a tight 61-58 triumph over the Lancaster Flying Arrows.
In their next game, the Blackhawks meet the Richland Center Hornets (Richland Center, WI) in a Southwest Wisconsin match, on Friday, February 17. River Valley will attempt to better on its 3-17 season record.
With the defeat, Lancaster moves to 4-16 on the year. The Flying arrows travel to Benton (Benton, WI) to meet the Zephyrs in a non-league match on Monday, February 13. The Zephyrs enter the match with a record of 13-6.
