Lexington Minutemen (Lexington, MA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Winchester Red & Black (Winchester, MA), 69-53 in a league bout.

With the win, Lexington upgrades its record to 10-6 on the season. The Minutemen host Belmont (Belmont, MA) to clash with the Marauders in a Middlesex bout on Tuesday, February 14. The Marauders go into the bout with a record of 6-10. Belmont lost 60-51 in their recent non-league bout against Charlestown (Charlestown, MA)

Next up, the Red & Black clash with the Reading Memorial Rockets (Reading, MA) in a Middlesex bout, on Tuesday, February 14. Winchester will attempt to upgrade on its 12-6 season record.
