The Richwood Lumberjacks (Richwood, WV) basketball knocked off the visiting Man Hillbillies (Man, WV), 54-43 in Friday's non-league test.
The Lumberjacks (2-15) will now prepare for their test against Independence (Coal City, WV). The Patriots go into the non-league test with a 4-10 record. In their last test, Independence went down by Liberty (Glen Daniel, WV), 65-57, in a league test.
The Hillbillies now own a 2-13 record. They play next when they host Summers County for a non-league test on Thursday, February 16. Man will encounter a Bobcats squad coming off a 80-39 non-league win over Meadow Bridge (Meadow Bridge, WV). The Bobcats record now stands at 9-9.
