Michigan High School Basketball - St. Mary Cathedral fells Mancelona

St. Mary Cathedral Snowbirds (Gaylord, MI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Mancelona Ironmen (Mancelona, MI), 80-69 in a league bout.

With the win, St. Mary Cathedral upgrades its record to 15-2 on the season. The Snowbirds host Onaway (Onaway, MI) to play the Cardinals in a Ski-Valley bout on Wednesday, February 15. The Cardinals go into the bout with a record of 13-2.

Next up, the Ironmen play the Inland Lakes Bulldogs (Indian River, MI) in a Ski-Valley bout, on Wednesday, February 15. Mancelona will attempt to upgrade on its 6-9 season record.
