The Virginia High Bearcats basketball team scored 81 points and restricted the host Marion Scarlet Hurricanes to 62 in the Bearcats league victory on Friday.
The Bearcats now sport a 16-5 record.
The Scarlet Hurricanes (11-10) will now prepare for their contest against Graham (Bluefield, VA). The G-Men come into the Southwest contest with a 9-11 record. In their last contest, Graham was defeated by Bluefield (Bluefield, WV), 61-40, in a non-league contest.
