The Narragansett Regional Warriors (Baldwinville, MA) basketball nipped the host West Boylston Lions (West Boylston, MA), 44-40 in Friday's league test.

The Warriors (2-17) will now prepare for their test against Murdock (Winchendon, MA). The Blue Devils go into the Midland-Wachusett E test with a 6-10 record. In their last test, Murdock was tipped by Gardner (Gardner, MA), 62-50, in a non-league test.

The Lions now own a 0-16 record. They play next when they travel to Ayer Shirley for a Midland-Wachusett E test on Monday, February 13. West Boylston will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 77-54 league win over Tahanto Regional (Boylston, MA). The Panthers record now stands at 11-6.
