New Paltz Huguenots (New Paltz, NY) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Red Hook Raiders (Red Hook, NY), 70-42 in a non-league bout.

With the win, New Paltz upgrades its record to 12-3 on the season. The Huguenots host Spackenkill (Poughkeepsie, NY) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 14. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 16-2. Spackenkill won 63-47 in their recent non-league bout against Pine Plains (Pine Plains, NY)

Next up, the Raiders clash with the Washingtonville Wizards (Washingtonville, NY) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 13. Red Hook will attempt to upgrade on its 10-4 season record. The Wizards go into the bout with a 6-11 record after their 81-41 non-league loss to Newburgh Free Academy (Newburgh, NY).
