In Friday's league match, the host Paris Wildcats basketball team scored a decisive 79-49 triumph over the Pittsburg Pirates.
In their next game, the Wildcats meet the North Lamar Panthers (Paris, TX) in a 4A Region II District 15 match, on Tuesday, February 14. Paris will attempt to better on its 17-8 season record.
