The Point Pleasant Big Blacks routed the host River Valley Raiders basketball team by a final score of 69-47 in Friday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Big Blacks face the Wahama White Falcons (Mason, WV) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, February 14. Point Pleasant will attempt to move on its 9-9 season record. The White Falcons enter the game with a 10-8 record after their 57-40 non-league win over Sherman (Seth, WV).
With the defeat, River Valley moves to 1-20 on the year. The Raiders host Alexander (Albany, OH) to face the Spartans in a Tri-Valley I game on Tuesday, February 14. The Spartans enter the game with a record of 14-6. Alexander won 63-56 in their recent league game against Nelsonville-York (Nelsonville, OH)
