Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Saratoga Central Catholic Saints (Saratoga Springs, NY) and the visiting Waterford-Halfmoon Fordians (Waterford, NY), saw Saratoga Central Catholic's basketball squad knock off Waterford-Halfmoon by a count of 57-40.

With the victory, Saratoga Central Catholic upgrades its record to 12-8 on the campaign.

Next up, the Fordians play the Heatly Hornets (Troy, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 13. Waterford-Halfmoon will attempt to upgrade on its 6-12 season record. The Hornets come into the challenge with a 5-13 record after their 76-71 league win over Hawthorne Valley (Ghent, NY).
