Southeastern Christian Academy Warriors (Shallotte, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Wilmington Christian Academy Patriots (Wilmington, NC), 69-59 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Southeastern Christian Academy upgrades its record to 18-4 on the season.

Next up, the Patriots play the Bethel Christian Academy Trojans (Kinston, NC) in a NCCSA AA East Region 4 bout, on Monday, February 13. Wilmington Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 7-14 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 9-19 record after their 61-39 league loss to Hilltop Christian (Fuquay-Varina, NC).
