Kansas High School Basketball - Meade routs Ashland

In Friday's non-league outing, the Meade Buffaloes (Meade, KS) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Ashland Blue Jays (Ashland, KS), by a count of 58-26.

The Buffaloes (11-7) will now prepare for their outing against Minneola (Minneola, KS). The Wildcats go into the Southern Plains-Iroquois outing with a 8-9 record. In their last outing, Minneola was crushed by Spearville (Spearville, KS), 48-42, in a league outing.

The Blue Jays now hold a 9-8 record. They play next when they host Bucklin for a Southern Plains-Iroquois outing on Tuesday, February 14. Ashland will clash with a Red Aces squad coming off a 51-32 non-league win over Macksville (Macksville, KS). The Red Aces record now stands at 15-3.
