The North Laurel Jaguars basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the host Corbin Redhounds to 53 in the Jaguars non-league victory on Friday.
The Jaguars now sport a 22-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ryle for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 11. North Laurel will battle a Raiders team coming off a 80-76 non-league win over South Laurel (London, KY). The Raiders record now stands at 19-7.
The Redhounds (16-8) will now prepare for their contest against Clay County (Manchester, KY). The Tigers come into the non-league contest with a 6-12 record. In their last contest, Clay County dropped by Leslie County (Hyden, KY), 61-45, in a non-league contest.
