The Corvian Community Cardinals basketball team scored 66 points and restricted the visiting Cabarrus Charter Huskies to 1 in the Cardinals league victory on Friday.

The Cardinals now sport a 12-9 record.

The Huskies (1-19) will now prepare for their contest against Sugar Creek (Charlotte, NC). The Wildcats come into the non-league contest with a 4-11 record. In their last contest, Sugar Creek was routed by Queen's Grant (Matthews, NC), 42-32, in a league contest.
