In Friday's league match, the host Lincoln Golden Lions basketball team scored a tight 59-52 triumph over the Grove City Greyhounds.
In their next game, the Golden Lions meet the Central Crossing Comets (Grove City, OH) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, February 15. Lincoln will attempt to better on its 14-8 season record. The Comets enter the match with a 6-16 record after their 62-24 league loss to Reynoldsburg (Reynoldsburg, OH).
With the defeat, Grove City moves to 18-4 on the year.
