Minnesota High School Basketball - Houston can't hold off Kingsland

The Kingsland Knights basketball team scored 66 points and restricted the visiting Houston Hurricanes to 61 in the Knights league victory on Friday.
The Knights now sport a 19-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Schaeffer Academy for a A Section 1 contest on Monday, February 13. Kingsland will battle a Lions team coming off a 47-41 league loss to Mabel-Canton (Mabel, MN). The Lions record now stands at 6-16.
The Hurricanes (12-12) will now prepare for their contest against Pine Island (Pine Island, MN). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 0-22 record. In their last contest, Pine Island was nudged by Cannon Falls (Cannon Falls, MN), 52-36, in a league contest.
