In Friday's league match, the visiting Mount Vernon Majors basketball team scored a tight 39-35 triumph over the Justice Wolves.
In their next game, the Majors meet the Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology Colonials (Alexandria, VA) in a District 3 match, on Wednesday, December 13. Mount Vernon will attempt to better on its 13-6 season record. The Colonials enter the match with a 7-13 record after their 48-12 league win over Lewis (Springfield, VA).
With the defeat, Justice moves to 10-10 on the year.
