The Laguna Acoma Hawks routed the host Rehoboth Christian Lynx basketball team by a final score of 49-22 in Friday's league game.
In their next game, the Hawks face the Del Norte Knights (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league battle, on Monday, February 13. Laguna Acoma will attempt to improve on its 16-8 season record. The Knights come into the battle with a 6-17 record after their 43-38 league loss to Albuquerque Academy (Albuquerque, NM).
The Lynx (8-12) will now prepare for their battle against Navajo Pine (Navajo, NM). The Warriors come into the 2A District 1 battle with a 4-20 record. In their last battle, Navajo Pine was overwhelmed by Laguna Acoma (New Laguna, NM), 67-25, in a league battle.
