Minnesota High School Basketball - Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta ripped by Minnewaska Area

The Minnewaska Area Lakers basketball team scored 71 points and held the visiting Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta Tigers to 42 in the Lakers league triumph on Friday.
The Lakers now sport a 9-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Osakis for a non-league contest on Monday, February 13. Minnewaska Area will meet a Silverstreaks team coming off a 38-28 non-league loss to Menahga (Menahga, MN). The Silverstreaks record now stands at 8-10.
The Tigers (3-15) will now prepare for their contest against Lac qui Parle Valley (Madison, MN). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 20-3 record. In their last contest, Lac qui Parle Valley triumphed over Ortonville (Ortonville, MN), 64-23, in a non-league contest.
