Salisbury Hornets (Salisbury, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting North Rowan Cavaliers (Spencer, NC), 64-34 in a league bout.
With the win, Salisbury upgrades its record to 19-3 on the season.
Next up, the Cavaliers play the Thomasville Bulldogs (Thomasville, NC) in a 1A/2A Conference 33 bout, on Monday, February 13. North Rowan will attempt to upgrade on its 16-7 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 0-23 record after their 60-30 league loss to Lexington (Lexington, NC).
