Kansas High School Basketball - Quinter holds off Rawlins County

Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Quinter Bulldogs (Quinter, KS) and the visiting Rawlins County Buffaloes (Atwood, KS), saw Quinter's basketball squad hold off Rawlins County by a tally of 49-46.

With the victory, Quinter improves its record to 15-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Oakley (Oakley, KS) to confront the Plainsmen in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 14. The Plainsmen come into the challenge with a record of 6-12. Oakley lost 54-42 in their recent non-league challenge against Ellis (Ellis, KS)

Next up, the Buffaloes confront the Golden Plains Bulldogs (Rexford, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 14. Rawlins County will attempt to improve on its 12-6 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 14-3 record after their 58-30 league win over Wheatland-Grinnell (Grainfield, KS).
