New Mexico High School Basketball - Hobbs can't hold off Clovis

The Clovis Wildcats basketball team scored 42 points and held the visiting Hobbs Eagles to 39 in the Wildcats league triumph on Friday.
The Wildcats now sport a 18-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carlsbad for a contest on Tuesday, February 14.
The Eagles (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against Roswell (Roswell, NM). The Coyotes enter the non-league contest with a 11-6 record.
