Magnolia West Mustangs (Magnolia, TX) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the visiting Brenham Cubs (Brenham, TX), 4-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs confront the Magnolia Bulldogs (Magnolia, TX) in a 5A Region 3 District 21 challenge, on Tuesday, February 14. Magnolia West will attempt to better on its 6-5 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 10-2 record after their 5-3 league win over Montgomery (Montgomery, TX).

The Cubs now have a 3-9 record. They take the field next when they host College Station for a 5A Region 3 District 21 challenge on Tuesday, February 14. Brenham will confront a Cougars team coming off a 4-0 league win over Rudder (Bryan, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 4-5.
