Calvary Baptist Christian Academy Crusaders (Urbana, IL) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Illinois Central Christian Lions (Washington, IL), 61-58 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Calvary Baptist Christian Academy upgrades its record to 9-10 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to Homefires (Danville, IL) to play the Flames in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 10. The Flames come into the bout with a record of 5-13. Homefires lost 59-47 in their recent non-league bout against Calvary Baptist Christian Academy (Urbana, IL)
